Avocado Sandwich

Tomato Sandwich

Can you tell me a more versatile vegetable than tomatoes? They go with Indian, Mexican, Continental, Italian, and other cuisines. Chickpea Salad Sandwich

Vegan Egg Salad

Roughly break it with your hands, and cook with olive oil, garlic, turmeric, and salt to taste. Spread any vegan mayonnaise of your choice, add a layer of vegan scrambled eggs, and top it with freshly chopped coriander leaves, mustard sauce, and a few drops of lemon juice.

Club Sandwich

Club sandwiches have to have meat but not for vegans. You can create a spicy marinade for tempeh or tofu and cook the pieces on a non-stick pan until each side is golden brown. Add white bean or chickpea spread, tofu slices, fresh slices of cucumber and tomato, fresh green, and a drizzle of olive oil. Each bite of this will be a burst of flavour in your mouth.
