Veganism – a lifestyle centred around a diet regime was seldom known a few years ago. However, in the recent past, this diet or way of life, so to say, has gained much popularity and is followed by people across the globe. Veganism is a term used to describe a diet that only consists of a plant-based diet while abstaining from using any dairy or animal product or any product which causes harm to the ecosystem when consumed. This diet has a considerable following with a list of products that can substitute non-vegan favourite food items. So, with World Vegan Day celebrated on the 1st of November, here are some vegan-friendly recipes by True Elements.
