You can start drinking green juices at any time of the year. Including green juices in our diets comes for a variety of reasons for each of us. Every motivation is valid, whether it's to enhance our intake of certain nutrients, increase our intake of vegetables, reduce weight, or just because we like it. Juice that has just been freshly squeezed can be a healthy pleasure, especially if you can sip it at home on a busy day while attempting to get enough vegetables in. Juicing is, however, a skill and not as simple as it may seem. As an example, it's crucial to consume juice as soon as you can, while it's still fresh. The juice is undoubtedly tastiest as soon as it comes out of the juicer, but it also provides the most nourishment for you. The longer you wait, the more the nutrients degrade. The best vegetables to experiment with juicing include spinach, kale, mint, cucumber, cabbage, coriander, carrots, and more. Onion and eggplant are not among the acceptable vegetables, to that end. Why? You could try juicing them, but you won't get the best flavour or texture. 

Some vegetables have a disagreeable flavour that many people regard to be grassy, earthy, or sulphurous. Simply stay away from them and select vegetables with mild flavours, or gradually incorporate them into juices you enjoy to develop a liking for them. Consider the last time you consumed a green juice. Which vegetables were in it? You might not dislike all green juices; perhaps it was only that particular ingredient. Green juices aren't always comprised exclusively of vegetables, even if they may appear to be. Fruits, fruit juices, spices, and herbs are actually commonly found in green liquids. The following describes how to transition from sweet fruit juices to more energising green juices: 

Start with a small number of ingredients: Start with 4–5 ingredients. Don't add too many different components. Additionally, to prevent disappointment, stick to the foods you currently like to consume. 

Vegetables with a milder flavour are a good place to start because there are plenty of them. 

Fruits should be included; it is a great idea to start your green juice with both fruits and vegetables. Many people will find the juice to be sweeter and tastier after adding fruits. Great alternatives are citrus fruits, exotic fruits like pineapple, apples and pears, and pears. Consider including fruit juices in your smoothies when using a blender. 

Add any herbs you desire; they have the power to transform a juice's flavour. Mint is a herb that is frequently used to impart a fresh flavour to juices. But if you prefer these herbs, you could also use parsley or coriander. 

Next, go on to vegetables that are more sulphurous, earthy, and grassy: A gradual introduction of earthy vegetables like kale and celery is advised because learning to like green drinks can take some time. Once you've found a recipe you truly enjoy, begin by blending in just a few pieces of celery or kale to the juice.
