Poha
Ingredients:
- Coriander leaves - 1 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin-fennel - 1 teaspoon
- Green vegetables - 1 cup
- Salt - according to taste
- Leftover bati - 3-4
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Turmeric - 1/ 2 tsp
- Peanut - 1/2 cup
- Green chilli - 2
- Poha - 2 cup
Method:
- First, break the leftover bati into small pieces and keep it in a vessel
- Heat oil, add cumin, fennel, green chilli and vegetables to a pan and cook for some time
- Then, add red chilli powder, salt, leftover bati and cook it
- After cooking for about five minutes, add coriander leaves, peanuts along with poha and leave it to cook for some time after stirring it well
- After some time, please turn off the gas, add lemon juice on top, mix it and serve
Barfi
Ingredients:
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Leftover baati - 3 to 4
- Dry fruits - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
Method:
- First, put milk in a vessel for boiling
- Put baati in the mixer, grind it finely and take it out in a vessel
- Now, put the ghee in a pan, heat it, add the powdered baati and fry till it becomes golden
- Then, add sugar, cardamom powder, dry fruits, milk, sugar and cook it for three to four minutes

Ladoo
Ingredients:
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Dry fruits - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1 cup
- Baati - 4-5
