Poha

Ingredients:

  1. Coriander leaves - 1 teaspoon
  2. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Cumin-fennel - 1 teaspoon
  5. Green vegetables - 1 cup
  6. Salt - according to taste
  7. Leftover bati - 3-4
  8. Onion - 1 chopped
  9. Turmeric - 1/ 2 tsp
  10. Peanut - 1/2 cup
  11. Green chilli - 2
  12. Poha - 2 cup

Method: 

  1. First, break the leftover bati into small pieces and keep it in a vessel
  2. Heat oil, add cumin, fennel, green chilli and vegetables to a pan and cook for some time
  3. Then, add red chilli powder, salt, leftover bati and cook it
  4. After cooking for about five minutes, add coriander leaves, peanuts along with poha and leave it to cook for some time after stirring it well
  5. After some time, please turn off the gas, add lemon juice on top, mix it and serve

Barfi

Ingredients:

  1. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Leftover baati - 3 to 4
  3. Dry fruits - 1/2 cup
  4. Ghee - 1/2 cup
  5. Milk - 1 cup

Method: 

  1. First, put milk in a vessel for boiling
  2. Put baati in the mixer, grind it finely and take it out in a vessel
  3. Now, put the ghee in a pan, heat it, add the powdered baati and fry till it becomes golden
  4. Then, add sugar, cardamom powder, dry fruits, milk, sugar and cook it for three to four minutes
  5. After this, please turn off the gas, place this mixture in a vessel, spread it well, and cut it into barfi

Ladoo

Ingredients:

  1. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Dry fruits - 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  4. Ghee - 1 cup
  5. Baati - 4-5

Method:

  1. First, put the baati in a mixer, grind it finely and take it out in a vessel.
  2. Then, put sugar in the same mixer, grind it finely and mix the bati in it
  3. In a pan, heat ghee, add the assorted baati chura and cook it for about four to five minutes
  4. Now, add cardamom powder, dry fruits, stir them well and turn off the gas
