Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 200 grams chopped mushrooms
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- Bread loaf
- Truffle oil
Method
- Cut you bread loaf into bite-sized pieces.
- Drizzle some oil and let it bake till crispy.
- In a pan, heat some olive oil and sauté mushrooms.
- Once done, keep the sautéed mushrooms aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and onion and cook till golden.
- Add some minced mushrooms and stir till it is completely cooked.
- Add salt and pepper.
- When all the vegetables are cooked, add flour and cook till golden.
- Now, add you milk and let the sauce thicken.
- When the sauce has a creamy consistency, add a little soy sauce.
- Top with oregano and cream.
- Take the sauce off heat.
- Take your baked bread slices and layer them with the sauce, sauteed mushrooms and truffle oil.
- Your mushroom crostini are ready to be served!
