1 teaspoon canola or grapeseed oil
¼ cup diced white onion
1/3 cup diced green bell pepper
1/3 cup diced Canadian bacon or thick-cut ham

1 tablespoon unsalted butter
4 large eggs, well beaten
½ cup grated cheddar cheese

Method: Begin by gathering all the ingredients required for the Denver omelette recipe. Next, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet (approximately 12 inches) over medium-high heat.
