How to Use Triphala 

Constipation Relief 

Constipation generally results from an overheated Vata dosha as a result of a poor diet, excessive intake of caffeine, and stress. Vata balancing and mild laxative Rechana properties of Triphala offer relief from constipation. 

  • Take ½ to 2 teaspoons of Triphala powder. 
  • Take with lukewarm water an hour before bed time for better results. 

Enhancing Immunity 

Rasayana property of Triphala significantly boosts immunity, which backs the body to fight against regular health issues and also enhances vital force.
