Indians love their food, especially tea-time snacks. Right from pakoras to puris, Indians need to have something or the other along with their tea, and why not? Teatime is the most special time of the day. Drinking tea in India is not just a habit but a ritual. From North to South, the people in every region enjoy tea but believe me, their tea snacks are not alike.
Kerala is one such state that has given us so many gems when it comes to food. A popular tea-time snack from God’s own country is undampori. These are sweet wheat balls made up of banana, jaggery, and coconut as their basic ingredients. Fried in oil, these snacks are perfect to be served with hot tea. It is one of the popular snacks among the Malayalees and is one of the regular foods sold in Teashops around this southern state of India. Wanna know how to make it? We have sorted this out for you. Follow the steps below and have a taste of Kerala at home.
