We started with chicken and scallion, Japanese gyoza or dumplings that were pan-fried and steamed. The juicy filling and the thin casing along with the crisp tuille-like layer, also known as the dumpling skirt were lip-smacking.

Then we moved on to some more Asian favourites like the California roll sushi, comprising crabstick, tobiko, avocado or the Salmon and Jalapeno Carpaccio, made with thinly sliced Scottish salmon, served with handmade pickles, jalapeno and ponzu dressing. Both of which impress to the core.

Then we tried the caramelised onion and goat cheese ravioli, which served with walnut cream sauce. Texture-wise, very impressive, but a tad too sweet for our taste.

We absolutely loved the Lebanese chicken, where the roasted chicken was served with hummus, garlic, mayo, homemade pickle, hummus and pita. If you are fancying something Mediterranean and do not want to order an entire Mezze platter, you can definitely give this a try. The portion is very impressive too.

Next, we tried the ‘Street-Style Thai Noodle Soup’. This refreshing Thai broth, was brimming with goodness of star anise and coriander flavour, which complemented the al dente noodles so well. We ordered the chicken noodle soup, which was served with chilli flakes, burnt garlic and peanuts that could be sprinkled over from top to season the broth.

A delectably juicy and balanced dish was that of the Butter Garlic Prawns. These prawns were marinated with butter before they were grilled and finally served with salad, hand-cut fried and lemon butter sauce.

We loved the dish so much that we also asked for its recipe from the chef, to see if you can recreate the same magic at home.
