Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup gin 
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice 
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary syrup
  • Ice cubes 
  • Cold club soda 
  • 1 rosemary sprig and fresh red currants, for garnish

Method 

  • In a tall glass, stir the gin, lemon juice, and rosemary syrup.
  • Fill the glass halfway with ice and top it with club soda.  
  • Garnish with the rosemary and currants, and serve.

Rosemary Vodka Collins 

Total Time: 5 minutes 

Servings-1 

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 oz. vodka 
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice 
  • 1/2 oz. rosemary simple syrup 
  • Splash of seltzer water 
  • Ice cubes

Method 

  • Place vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Then, add a few ice cubes. 
  • Put the top on and give it a good shake to mix everything together. 
  • Pour the cocktail over ice into a tall Collins glass. Then, top it off with a splash of seltzer water. Serve.

Bourbon Lemon Rosemary Cocktail

Total Time: 5 minutes

Servings-4 

Ingredients 

  • 8 ounces of bourbon 
  • 4 ounces of fresh lemon juice 
  • 4 ounces of rosemary simple syrup 
  • Ice cubes, for shaking and serving 
  • 4 small rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Method 

  • Add bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a large cocktail shaker. Top the shaker with ice, cover, and shake well. 
  • Fill four double old-fashioned glasses with ice; divide the bourbon mixture between the glasses. 
  • Serve cocktails garnished with rosemary sprigs.

Rosemary Greyhound Cocktail


Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients 

  • 4 ounces of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice 
  • 2 ounces of vodka 
  • 1 ounce of rosemary simple syrup
  • 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary, for garnish 
  • 1 small slice of fresh grapefruit, for garnish

Method 

  • In a cocktail glass, combine grapefruit juice, vodka, and rosemary simple syrup. Stir. 
  • Add ice to fill the glass and stir again. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a fresh grapefruit slice.

Pineapple and Rosemary Crush 

Total Time: 10 minutes

Servings-8 

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups of fresh pineapple chunks, plus more for garnish 
  • 8 small sprigs of rosemary, plus more for garnish 
  • 750 ml sparkling wine, chilled 
  • 2 ounces of ginger ale, chilled

Method 

  • For each drink, use the handle of a wooden spoon to muddle two chunks of pineapple with one sprig of rosemary in the bottom of a cocktail glass until juicy and fragrant. 
  • Fill with ice, and then pour over a generous 1/3 cup of wine and top off with ginger ale. Garnish with rosemary, and serve immediately.
