Stuffed wheat flour balls (litti) are the star of this dish, which also has a spicy mash of potatoes, roasted aubergine and sour tomato chutney (chokha). A staple of Bihari cuisine, Litti Chokha can be eaten by itself as a satisfying dinner or as part of a delicious snack.

Since it began 16 years ago, this small cart has been offering litti chokha to its customers. This outlet utilises a variety of components that are combined together to produce fresh litti. It could look a little simple, but its flavours are mindblowing. The chokha served here is prepared with eggplant and tomatoes in addition to a variety of spices. The littis takes on the flavour of the coal in which it is cooked, making the littis one of the best examples of its kind. Additionally, a great number of people from other countries have stopped by the cart and enjoy the flavours.

A cart that has been selling chicken litti for the past 40 years. The littis here are cut in half and served with chicken pieces that are absolutely delicious and should not be missed. The litti is made with a greater quantity of flour than sattu. which, when cooked with chicken gravy, soak up the flavour of it to produce pure flavour bombs as a result of the cooking process. If you want chicken with litti, you should come to this place at least once.

The specialty of this place is that in addition to offering litti, they also provide chane ki ghugni, which is so popular that people die for its taste. You may be able to locate numerous locations in Patna and now across India that serve litti, but the specialty of this location is that it serves chane ki ghugni with its litti. The delectable litti that is served here, together with the ghugni, draws customers not only from the surrounding area, but also from further afield. Here maida is used to make the little dumplings and Chaney ki ghughni is the primary attraction for visitors to this location.

This shop only opened up for the first time in 2022, not long after the sawan month, and the owner mentioned in one of the videos on youtube that he chose the day after the sawan month was over as the opening day for the store. This is since throughout the month in which they refrain from consuming food, meat eaters have a strong desire for chicken. The restaurant serves chicken with litti, and it also provides customers with the option to buy biryani. There are several unique titles on the menu, such as the one for a single piece of chicken, which is called chicka akelapan tangri, whereas the name for a larger quantity of chicken is chika joru ka gulam, and there are other names like that. If you, too, have a craving for chicken, you absolutely must go to this outlet.

It is said to be the oldest business in the area, and its origins can be traced back to this establishment. This location's history can be traced back to 1956, which is when it first opened along the station road. This restaurant is one of a kind since it serves its food in a more traditional, rustic setting, and guests sit on chowkis rather than traditional dining chairs. They employ only the freshest components, such as mixing the sattu with mustard oil, which helps maintain the product's authenticity. Eggplant and potatoes, in addition to a variety of other fresh ingredients, are used in the preparation of this establishment's chokha. The litti dipped in pure ghee gives a true flavour of litti chokha in patna.  Customers who are looking forward to sampling purani litti ki dukan are likely to be found waiting in huge lines at this outlet.

Due to the fact that they are cooked on cow dung cakes, the littis that are served here are a step above the rest. In addition to making the littis on goitha (cow dung cakes), they also roast the eggplant and tomatoes for the chokha on cow-dung cakes. Even though it does not have a name, the cart has gained quite a following among the food lovers of Patna. After they finish serving customers in R block, the employees of the cart even prepare littis in bulk for customers with specific orders. The cart is approximately eight years old now. If you ever get the opportunity to visit this location, you won't want to miss the opportunity to see how artistically the littis are prepared, as well as the genuine traditional method of cooking that is used. A simple demonstration of Indian culinary expertise.

This is one of the places in Patna that sells litti chokha in an air-conditioned outlet. This kind of outlet has been created especially for people who don't want to have it outside on carts due to concerns about their personal hygiene. It mainly serves Bihari cuisine and the fact that this store has air conditioning but still maintains the same low costs as the food cart is the nicest feature of this outlet. And the flavour is comparable to that of the roadside stalls.
