1. Strawberry Popsicles

These strawberry popsicles are perfect for treating a hot day. They come together to make a frozen treat for your kids.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of fresh ripe strawberries (washed & hulled)
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Popsicle Mold/sticks

How To Make Strawberry Popsicles?

  1. Peel and chop the strawberries into small pieces.
  2. Blend it in the blender or food process. Make a smooth strawberry puree.
  3. Add 1 tbsp water if needed.
  4. Now add honey and lemon juice. Blend them all.
  5. Now take the popsicle mold and pour the mixture into the moulds.
  6. Keep them in the freezer for about 5-6 hours.
  7. While removing, to make it easier, dip the bottom of the mould in the lukewarm water for about 10-15 seconds.

Your homemade strawberry popsicles are ready.

2. Milk Popsicles

Are your kids showing tantrums to drink milk? No worries, convert milk into tasty popsicles.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • ⅓ cup condensed milk
  • Chocolate chips (as needed)
  • Almonds, cashews, pistachios (sliced/ finely chopped, as needed)

How To Make Milk Popsicles?

  1. To begin with creamy popsicles, all you need to take is a pan.
  2. Add milk, let it boil, or simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Now add condensed milk, give a good stir and let them simmer for 7-8 minutes.
  4. Pour mixture into a jug, add chopped nuts and shake the mixture glass to glass.
  5. Do it 3-4 times once it is done. Keep this aside to cool naturally.
  6. Adjust the sweetness before moulding them.
  7. Once it is completely cool, pour them into the popsicle moulds.
  8. Fill half and sprinkle some choco chips, and again pour some choco chips into the milk mixture.
  9. Remember, If your milk remains a little hot, your choco chips will melt.
  10. Close the lid and freeze them for at least 8-10 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  11. For removing, dip them in normal water and mould them out.
