- 1/2 capsicum (green pepper)
- salt as required
- 4 tablespoon yoghurt (curd)
- low fat mozzarella cheese as required
- 1 cup semolina
- 1/2 tomato
- 10 black olives
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Method
- To a bowl, add sooji, curd, and fresh cream. To produce a thick batter, add salt and black pepper and stir well. After that, stir in the diced onion, tomato, and pepper. Make sure the mixture has a thick consistency.
- On a platter, arrange the pieces of brown bread, and evenly distribute the filling among them. Distribute the mixture evenly over the entire loaf of bread. On each piece, now spread 1-2 tbsp of grated mozzarella cheese. Add some olive slices on top, then gently push down with your hands.
- Add a few drops of oil to a non-stick pan right now. Slices of bread should be placed on the tawa from the side that has batter smeared over it. Cook them until they are a golden brown colour. Now move to the opposite side and give it two more minutes to cook.
- Once all of the slices have been cooked you can relish them with tomato ketchup.
