While shooting for the film, she was training under the guidance of a celebrity nutritionist and was recommended to try this smoothie for the first time. Surprisingly, the actor fell in love with the drink and has been having it for breakfast ever since, as per a report by a media publication.

What’s in it, you ask? Well, a while back, Jennifer shared the detailed recipe of the smoothie on her Instagram feed. It is a combination of blueberries, spinach, almond butter, chia seeds, and flaxseeds. The smoothie may not seem very appetising at first but once sip in and the taste will surely win hearts. The rich and nutritious drink is the breakfast that Jennifer swears by. The energy-boosting drink keeps her spirits high even after completing half a century.

Not just this, Jennifer is also very fond of home-grown and organic foods so she grows blueberries in her family farm, along with a few other fruits and vegetables. Blueberries work their magic really well, as is evident from the radiant skin of the actor even at the age of 50. These berries are loaded with antioxidants that help to minimise damage to skin and provide one with Vitamin C. Moreover, she even likes to keep poultry like chicken so that she can get fresh and natural eggs.

Here’s a recipe for Jennifer’s breakfast smoothie as shared on her Instagram feed.
