The stall located on Rampur Nahar Road, Bhikhana Pahari, a locality in Patna known for food joints selling dishes at a budget-friendly rate, sees students and working people often come here to enjoy their favourite meals at economical prices.

Rahul Kumar, who opened this stall only a couple of months ago, sells chicken litti, chicken kaleji and fish fry among other things. He serves two pieces of chicken and litti for just Rs 50 or just pick your favourite piece of fish and get a sumptuous serving of fish curry for just Rs 25. Rahul Kumar sells a hot piping piece of leg fry, prepared with spiced onion and tomato, for just Rs 40.

He brings litti from home but makes everything else fresh in front of the customer. He used to serve mutton dishes as well but has temporarily stopped selling them until the summer season. The vendor shared that students often order meat gravy and take it home to enjoy with chapati.

The secret ingredient that Rahul Kumar adds to his dishes is a homemade masala mix. It is a red paste made with blended onions, turmeric powder, salt to taste, cumin powder, garlic, ginger, and other aromatic spices. He also adds homemade chicken and garam masala for tantalising flavours. Chicken kaleji which costs only Rs 25 per piece is one of the most famous dishes sold by the vendor. It is topped and served with grated radish and carrot.

The food blogger enjoyed leg fry and chicken kaleji and urged his viewers to try this food joint. Talking about the food he mentioned how much he enjoyed the flavours that garam masala, homemade masala mix, and chicken masala added to these dishes. Between the two dishes, he said that the only difference was the taste of leg piece and kaleji, else the gravy was the same in both. He suggested viewers visit the stall, get their food packed, and enjoy the dishes at home.
