Golichina Mamsam

This non-vegetarian dish from Telangana cuisine is for all meat lovers. Since Telangana cuisine is known for its perfect spices, this dish has pieces of mutton in thick gravy with a lot of spices. This dish is cooked over low flame so that the flavours get absorbed into the curry properly. It goes well with rice or chapati.

Chegodilu

Chegodilu is the perfect tea-time snack that you were looking for. This crunchy snack tastes so delicious that it is nearly impossible to not have a second bite. These deep-fried snacks have sesame seeds, and their nutty flavour brings is worth a try.

Polelu

No this is not your regular parantha but one made up with a stuffing of jaggery, chana dal, cardamom powder, and ghee. Polelu is a festive special and is easily available at sweet shops around the state. 

Pachi Pulusu

Pachi Pulusu is a rasam that you were looking for lazy days. The basic difference between pachi pulusu and rasam is that the former has very little cooking involved and needs a little gas just for tempering. This dish is so simple yet so delicious. This is something we can call comfort food.
