The actress who never minces her words and speaks her mind is a big-time foodie too. Belonging to a Jat Sikh family, the actress made her way into Bollywood a few years ago after a successful journey in the South industry. Today, she is well-known for her works in Pink, Thappad and more. The Punjabi girl might have been born and brought up in Delhi but her heart speaks like a true foodie. She enjoys her ghar ka khana as she has revealed in an interview with the Hindustan Times and that helps her stay fit.
Recently, the actress was seen giving in to her indulgence. She posted a story on her Instagram handle giving us a glimpse of her breakfast spread. Currently on a getaway to Bikaner, the Soorma actress was enjoying a five course breakfast. The picture was captioned, “Start the 5-course breakfast meal” and @narendra.bhawan.bikaner was tagged in it. Taapsee is holding a glass of juice in her hand and well, we’re guessing that she’s waiting for her food to arrive. Till then, here's what she looks like.

1. Fruit Chaat
Begin the meal by hydrating yourself with a nice and tangy fruit chaat. Freshly-cut fruits of the season like apples, oranges, bananas, mangies and watermelons are gotten together and seasoned with chaat masala, a dash of lemon juice and a drizzle of honey too.
2. Idli Sambhar
The soft idlis get all mushy when they are dunked in a bowl of tangy sambhar. This South Indian breakfast combination is a light and easy preparation that doesn’t make you too full for the next course.
3. Stuffed Aloo Paratha
Now it is time to stuff your mouths with a crispy and delicious paratha. An Indian flatbread, the dough is filled with mashed potatoes and tossed on a griddle. Topped with oodles of butter, the paratha is served with a side of pickle and some fresh curd.
4. Poha
Made from flattened rice, poha or chivda is a popular breakfast in Maharashtra. The dish is filled with boiled potatoes, peas, onions, sweet corn. Sprinkle some peanuts on top for the crunch.
5. Sooji Halwa
Sooji aka rava or semolina is a light grain that is soft and melts in the mouth. A sweet Indian pudding called halwa is prepared with same. Doused with ghee, it is topped with some crunchy nuts like almonds and cashews.
Pair it with a cup of hot masala chai or buttermilk (chaas) and you are good to go.
