Ever heard of sweet macaroni with shallow-fried peanuts? We could not wait to share this recipe with you. Sweet Jesus! Jazz up your macaroni with this excellent recipe. Your chaat will be nice and sweet when it’s ready. Can’t wait to crunch into those delicious peanuts? Never had you imagined that they can work together so well here. We’re also going to add a touch of vinegar which will lend everything in the bowl a nice acidity. This is the bowl of chaat that you should make for your next dinner party, as it covers all the yumminess that you’d expect in an appetiser.



 INGREDIENTS 


- 1 cup boiled macaroni  

- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 

- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar 

- 2 teaspoons of black pepper 

- 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt 

- 1/2 cup of shallow-fried peanuts    

METHOD  

  1. In a pot of hot water, douse the macaroni.  
  2. Cook the macaroni, until very soft.  
  3. Once the water comes to a boil, turn off the heat.  
  4. Drain the macaroni thoroughly. Allow it to cool down in a bowl.  
  5. Now, add vinegar, powdered sugar, black pepper and salt to the macaroni bowl. Toss, until combined properly.  
  6. Refrigerate the macaroni for 2-3 hours.  
  7. Next, in a pan, pour oil and heat it on medium flame.  
  8. Toss some unsalted peanuts in the oil.  
  9. Once the peanuts begin to crackle, they’ll release an aroma. This means that they are ready.  
  10. Toss peanuts in macaroni. 
  11. Serve.
