 Method:

In a bowl, add chopped veggies, salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili sauce, turmeric powder soya sauce. Break the eggs and add to it, mix it well. Add bread pieces or cubes to it. Mix it well so that each bread cube gets covered in egg. Heat a flat pan and add butter. Lower the flame to medium, now slowly pour the egg mix over it. Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes stirring continuously.

You will notice it begins to get cooked and starts separating from the bottom of the pan. Give it a nice mix and scrape everything before transferring to a bowl or plate. Your stumbler eggs is ready to be served. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves before serving. Enjoy it with pao or as a side dish while it is still hot.

While Mangalore is located on the Konkan coast, it is an ideal place to experience both the magnificent beauty of the south and the burgeoning techno business parks aspiring for a better future. Among the city's many features, one of the most noticeable is its street food. Because it is located on the coast, the city has an endless supply of coastal commodities such as coconut oil, shrimp, and rice, which are used in the majority of the city's street food.
