Strawberries are one of my favourite berries to snack on, bake with, make smoothies, ice-creams, and list. But, the strawberries we get in India are a little tangy than the sweeter side. So, when it's paired with a lovely dessert, they bring out an excellent contrast. This strawberry chocolate torte is a perfectly creamy, fluffy, and chocolatey dessert. Do you know this is Chef Palash Ghosh's one of the favourite picks for valentine's day?

STRAWBERRIES

Strawberries look tempting and are considered a symbol of romance, and rich in vitamin C, which aids in the production of endorphins. So, dip them in dark chocolate for a double dose tip and carouse in the fact that now you have a valid excuse to eat chocolate-covered strawberries.

CHOCOLATE

Not only kids but people among different age group loves chocolate. White chocolate is a chocolate confection, pale ivory in colour, made from cocoa butter, sugar, milk solids, and vanilla.

Strawberry Chocolate Torte By Chef Palash Ghosh (TAJ HOTELS & CONVENTION CENTRE, AGRA)

This chocolate strawberry torte is a flamboyant cake that is effortless to accomplish. We assure you this will be the best chocolate covered strawberry you have ever eaten! It is moist, chocolaty and carries up a base better than any multilayer chocolate cake we prepare. We would keep the same in the freezer and use them as needed.
