Ingredients

1. 200 Gram Bajra flour

2. 100-gram Wheat flour

3. 250-gram Fenugreek leaves

4. 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped

5. 1 tbsp Low fat curd

6. 1 Green chilli, chopped

7. 50-gram Low fat paneer

8. 2 tsp Coriander leaves, chopped

9. 1/2 tsp Haldi powder

10. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder

11. Salt to taste 

Method

1. Combine all the ingredients and add the necessary amount of water to form a firm dough. 

2. Separate into five pieces. Roll out into thin rotis, then roast them until done on a tawa. 

3. Warm up and serve with green chutney.
