 Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic & ginger paste
  • 8 skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • White Onion, to sprinkle (optional)

  1. In the first step, heat the oven to 200C/180C fan
  2. Now, take a bowl and add the soy sauce, honey, 1 tsp of oil and ½ tsp garlic & ginger paste in it. Mix all the ingredients properly
  3. Once done, pour this mixture over the chicken thighs and leave it aside to marinate. You can keep it aside for 15-20 minutes and then start the cooking process
  4. Now let’s cook the chicken in the oven for approximately 45 mins until it gets sticky and the skin is crispy
  5. Keep a close eye on the chicken so it doesn’t get burnt
  6. On the other hand, start cooking the broccoli. Cut the broccoli into small pieces
  7. Take a pan and heat sesame oil in it on a low flame. Add garlic to it and saute for 1 minute. Once done, include broccoli in the pan and saute them for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame until it is cooked properly
  8. Once the broccoli is cooked, switch off the flame and transfer the broccoli to a plate
  9. Now, cook sesame seeds in the same pan and stir them for 1-2 minutes so they are cooked properly. Once cooked, transfer them to a small bowl
  10. Next, take out the chicken from the oven and put them on a plate
  11. Now, take a fancy plate and put chicken as well as broccoli pieces on it. Garnish the chicken with sesame seeds
  12. Finally, the delicious and juicy chicken recipe is ready to serve in hot

  • You can directly cook the chicken after the marination. It is not necessary to keep it aside for 15-20 minutes
  • You can also add chilli flakes if you want chicken spicy
  • Besides broccoli, you can also saute some more vegetables of your choice
  • You can skip garnishing it with sesame seeds.
  • Ensure to keep a close eye on the chicken so it doesn’t get burnt
