Ingredients:
- 100 ml vodka
- 50 ml freshly brewed espresso coffee
- 2 tsp raw sugar
- 4 ice cubes
Method :
- Combine the espresso, vodka and raw sugar in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy.
Pineapple mint mojito
The pineapple mint mojito is for those who love to hold their liquor and enjoy it with every sip. A sure shot hit with your girls when you have to alternate drinking with hitting the dance floor, this mojito is going to be a burst of flavours in your mouth.
- Half lime thinly sliced
- Twelve mint leaves
- 100 ml vodka
- 170 grams of chilled pineapple juice
- Club soda
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- Sugar syrup
Method:
- Add the lime, mint and pineapple to a large cocktail shaker or pitcher. Using the muddler, crush the pineapple, lime and mint leaves until fragrant. Add the vodka and pineapple juice. Add the sugar syrup. Stir or shake until well mixed.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and top off the drink with some club soda.
- Garnish the glass with pineapple chunks, mint leaves and lime wedges.
