Actress Sobhita Dhulipala – who has been making waves internationally off late – was also seen making a dine-and-dash trip to Cannes during the ongoing film festival. Although she did not walk the famed red carpet this time around, the sneak peek from her whirlwind trip included indulging in lots of delicious food while spending time. Sharing photographs of a few meals, Sobhita travelled with her publicist and hair-make-up person – with whom she made sure to try some lip-smacking offerings.

The first of many pictures included a lemon meringue tart served with whipped cream and a raspberry coulee, as well as another plate which held a chocolate and nut crusted dessert that came with a caramel-drizzled whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Another elaborate meal whose picture the actress shared consisted of a basket of freshly baked ciabatta rolls, polenta fries served with a tomato dip, gnocchi in a cream sauce and zucchini rice with grilled fish. The spread also appeared to include plates of a chicken salad loaded with hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, lettuce and croutons; along with grilled protein resting on a bed of creamy mashed potato.

The calorie-dense feast was also succeeded by an image captured by Sobhita where she enjoyed a few slices of pizza with her team, who also sipped on cups of hot chocolate and coffee. Making the most of the delicious seafood and French hospitality, Sobhita seemed to have a wonderful time with her high octane glamourous appearances, and some good food for company. What was also cute to note about the images of the food she shared was how equally enthusiastic her staff seemed in getting the perfect frame before taking a bite!
