The Indian actress, model, and singer, Shehnaaz Gill is known for her appearances in “Big Boss,” and Punjabi movies like “Honsla Rakh.” Even though the actress is celebrated for her success in the film industry, a lot of fitness enthusiasts look up to her for a commendable weight loss journey.

Focusing on a healthy and balanced diet, Shehnaaz Gill recently shared a sneak peek of her on-the-go meal. As per reports and interviews, the actor has shifted to healthy snacking options like makhana and fruits to munch in between the shoots, while travelling, or anytime when she’s hungry in between meals.

Shehnaaz Gill’s latest Instagram story which features a burrito bowl is a perfect example of what a well-balanced meal should look like. Coming to the ingredients of her bowl, it starts with the classic, lime rice. A small serving of cooked rice sauteed with a squeeze of lemon, a blend of spices, chopped cilantro and seasoning, make lime rice a great carbohydrate source.

Next up is a few chips, which look like gluten-free millet munchies that are topped with a generous amount of sesame seeds. In the middle, you can spot boiled black beans, which are usually added to a burrito bowl to complete the protein content of the meal. On the left side is a hearty serving of boiled kernels of sweet corn that must add a natural burst of sweetness.

On the left end is a rich serving of guacamole which is made by mashed avocados and mixed with a squeeze of lemon, chopped cilantro, and a blend of spices. In the middle, next to the beans, you can also spot chopped tomatoes and lettuce which not only add to the crunch of the burrito bowl but also add the fibre, vitamins, and minerals to the meal. Lastly, to complete the meal is a small box of dip which must complete the flavour of Shehnaaz Gill’s on-the-go meal.
