One of cherry black forest smoothie’s primary ingredients is cherries which gives it a natural sweetness. Moreover, it is loaded with antioxidants which replete with various health benefitting properties. Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup frozen cherries
- 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2-3 Medjoul dates
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 ½ unsweetened cocoa powder (preferred)
- A handful of baby spinach, roughly chopped (optional)
Preparations:
1. In a blender add the frozen berries, almond milk, dates, oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and spinach. Blend them together until it reaches the desired consistency.
2. You can add your favourite dry fruits also to the drink.
