This amazing bakery is run by talented no other than German native Dina Weber, who initially discovered her love for sourdough bread, surprisingly baking them in India from her first “babysitting starter” in Goa, learning more about cafes and the bread. Her passion for baking bread led to the discovery of this cafe, which is now run by wonderful and talented chefs who work in a team.

The bakery serves up a fine collection of pastries and loaves in Mysore, which stands out in the whole of India in terms of authentic creations while serving culinary beauty that is accurate and delicious. 

The bakery skillfully serves cinnamon rolls, enclair dusted in brown sugar crunch, galettes, and quiche, along with some quality coffee of different kinds of sandwiches to fill in. The breads feature fresh milled grains from North Karnataka, and the sandwich of these bread is truly a die for. 

Around 1500 BC, the Egyptians were the first to make sourdough bread, discovered by chance when wild yeast spores were in the air mixed with dough that was left out. 

Sourdough bread is made with flour, water, and salt, and the fermentation process gives it a stronger flavour profile and more nutrients than other bread. Additionally, the fermentation process breaks down gluten and phytic acid, making the nutrients in sourdough bread more bioavailable. 

The process might be easy, but it is extremely difficult to indulge in baking, where the bread comes out perfectly. Dina Weber and her team of bakers ensure that the quality remains top-notch, with ingredients that are checked thoroughly.
