Roti pizza is a spin-off of your typical roti and this simple delicacy pleases your taste buds like you couldn't imagine. Not only this recipe is easy to make but also a great exercise in cooking. Here's how you can make Roti pizza at home-

Ingredients

1. 1/2 cup tomato sauce

2. 1 tsp garlic chopped garlic

3. 1 tsp oregano

4. 1 tsp chilli flakes

5. 1/2 tsp crushed pepper

6. 1/2 tsp paprika powder replace with red chilli powder if you don't have

7. salt to taste

for roti pizza

1. 2 chapathi

2. pizza sauce 

3. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

4. 2 tbsp sliced onion

5. 2 tbsp sliced capsicum

6. 4 tbsp boiled corn

7. chilli flakes as needed

8. oregano as needed

Method

1. Add tomato sauce to a bowl.

2. Add salt, paprika powder, oregano, minced garlic, and chilli flakes to it.

3. Mix well

4. Take your leftover chapati or roti.

5. Add the pizza sauce to it.

6. Distribute it equally over the chapati or roti.

7. Add 3 tablespoons of cheese all around.

8. Add sliced onion, capsicum, and boiling corn to the toppings. Then add oregano and red chilli flakes to it.

9. Heat the dosa pan. Transfer it gently to the dosa tawa. Cook with the lid on for 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.

10. Cook it on a low, medium, or low burner.

11. Your roti pizza is ready to be served.

12. Slice into wedges, then serve hot.

13. This is on par with a typical pizza. Tastes fantastic.
