How To Make Rose Flower Halwa?

Ingredients:

  • Raisins and pistachios - 20 grams. 
  • Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon. 
  • Beetroot and sugar - 250 grams. 
  • Cashew nuts - 50 grams. 

  • Rose petals - 200 grams. 
  • Khoya - 150 grams. 
  • Almond - 30 grams. 
  • Ghee - 1/2 cup. 

Method: 

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add almonds, pistachio, raisins, cashew nuts, and sauté until done. 
  2. Cook for a few minutes while adding grated beetroot. 
  3. Cover and mix the pan with a lid, add rose petals, and cook for about 4-5 minutes. 
  4. Add sugar after 5 minutes, mix well, cook and cover again for 3-4 minutes. 
  5. Add cardamom powder, khoya and mix well. 
  6. Subserve this halwa with ice cream.
