Bollywood couple Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal are all set to tie the knot, and their fans can’t keep calm. While the wedding is on October 4, the couple’s pre-wedding celebrations are happening in full-swing in Delhi, pictures of which are going viral on the internet. From the cocktail party to sangeet and haldi, we are getting snippets of them all through social media. And the wedding is surely expected to be a grand affair, with a hint of classic 'Dilli' vibe.

While both Richa and Ali have been sharing adorable pictures from the ceremonies on social media, what grabbed our attention is a video that Richa shared on her Instagram stories. It was too indulgent to miss. Well, that’s what desi weddings are made of, and foodies like us just couldn’t miss it. Re-sharing a video featuring the halwai at work, preparing a mithai in two huge tumblers, the bride-to-be wrote, "Lol when two foodies decide to celebrate their union". Richa and Ali first met in 2012, on the set of the movie Fukrey, and started dating soon after. According to a post that the couple shared on social media, they initially intended to get married in April 2020. But owing to the pandemic and the months-long lockdown, the wedding got delayed by almost two years.
