Cauliflower Mash


Here's a simple recipe for cauliflower mash:

Ingredients: 

    1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets 

    2 cloves of garlic, minced 

    2 tablespoons of butter 

    1/4 cup of milk or cream (optional) 

    Salt and pepper to taste 

    Fresh herbs for garnish (such as chives or parsley) 

Instructions: 

    Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until they are tender and easily pierced with a fork. 

    Drain the cooked cauliflower and transfer it to a large mixing bowl. 

    In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant.
