Fruit And Nut Milkshake

Ingredients:

  1. Banana and apple chopped - 1/2 part
  2. Cardamom powder - 1/3 tsp
  3. Pistachio - 1 tsp
  4. Almond - 1 tsp
  5. Walnut - 1 tsp
  6. Milk - 2 cups
  7. Sugar - 1 tsp
  8. Dates - 2

Method:

  1. First, soak all the nuts in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Now, remove the nuts from the water and chop them finely.
  3. After this, put all the nuts and fruits in the mixer and blend them well.
  4. After mixing for about four minutes, add boiled milk, sugar, cardamom powder and grind it.
  5. After grinding, serve it in a glass.

Apple Milkshake

Ingredients:

  1. Dry fruits - 2 tsp
  2. Sugar - 1 tsp
  3. Milk - 2 cup
  4. Apple - 1
  5. Dates - 2

Method:

  1. First, heat milk in a pan, add dates and leave it for some time.
  2. After the milk cools down, put it in the mixer along with the dates.
  3. After this, peel the apple, cut it finely and put it in the mixer.
  4. Blend it for about 5 minutes.
  5. Now, take it out in a glass and garnish it with dry fruits.

Mango Milkshake

Ingredients:

  1. Cardamom powder - 1/3 tsp
  2. Dry fruits - 2 tsp (optional)
  3. Ripe mango - 1
  4. Sugar - 1 tsp
  5. Milk - 1 cup

Method:

  1. First, boil milk in a vessel and keep it aside.
  2. Now peel the mango, take out all the pulp, put it in the mixer and grind it.
  3. Add sugar, cardamom powder and boiled milk to the mixer and blend well.
  4. After this, pour the mixture into a glass and garnish it with dry fruits.
