Peppermint Chhach
Ingredients:
- Organic India Tulsi Peppermint Refresh sachets
- Coriander leaves
- Jeera powder
- Cold curd
- Rock salt
Method:
- Pour freshly boiled water over the Organic India Tulsi Peppermint Refresh sachets.
- Let it steep for 3-4 minutes; remove sachets, refrigerate it till it cools down.
- Take 300 ml chilled or cold curd and blend the infused peppermint infusion.
- Add finely chopped coriander leaves, jeera powder and rock salt to taste.
- Serve with ice and mint leaves in a glass.
Mango Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- Chia seeds
- Mango
- Milk
Method:
- Soak chia seeds in 1 cup of milk for an hour.
- Add fresh mango to a blender and make it into the puree.
- Mix the soaked chia seeds and mango puree in a mixing bowl, and whisk it until smooth.
- Pour the mixer into a jar, put some fresh mango slices and let it set in a refrigerator.
Cold Chickpea Cold Coffee
Ingredients:
- Chickpea (presoaked and dried)
- Cinnamon powder
- Milk/almond milk
- Honey
Method:
- Roast the chickpea in a pan till it turns brown, cool it to room temperature, and grind to get the chickpea powder.
- Pour the milk over 1-2 teaspoons of chickpea powder pinch of cinnamon powder, and blend well with the honey till it forms the foam.
- Pour in a mug and serve.
