Testament to this, The Rameshwaram Café – a popular eatery from Bengaluru serving up some of the best dosas – has decided to open its doors for people in Hyderabad on January 19. Preceding to its official launch, buzz about the café conducting free food trials between the dates of January 14-16 attracted a footfall that was significant, eventually packing the place with curious foodies.

The acclaimed restaurant – whose specialities include benne masala dosa, ghee podi idli and filter coffee – is all set to welcome diners in Madhapur at its first QSR chain in the city. Known to serve freshly made dishes with high quality ingredients, it has garnered fame amongst many international and national celebrities as the Mecca of vegetarian and vegan South Indian food. Following the success of its four branches across Bengaluru, The Rameshwaram Café invited food bloggers and creators for a tasting of their signature staples.
