Egg Paratha

If you want to make paratha healthier or add a twist to it, make egg paratha. The recipe is delicious and the cooking process seems like a satisfying activity. In between making paratha, open the seal and add a beaten mixture of an egg inside it. The filling should be seasoned first with salt to taste and black pepper. Once both sides turn golden brown, your paratha is ready to be eaten. 

Shakshuka

If you are feeling like working a little extra in the kitchen, shakshuka is the recipe you must try out. It is wholesome and delicious. You have to start by sauteing bell peppers, diced onions, garlic, ginger, and capsicum. Add diced tomatoes and season vegetables with the spices you like. Egg Curry
