So, if you like the idea of surprising your brothers and sisters with cocktails, here are three festive recipes shared by Afzal Kaba, Brand Ambassador, Diageo India:

Relation 


Ingredients 

  • 60 ml of Johnnie Walker Black Label whisky
  • 15 ml of fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml of cinnamon-infused organic honey
  • Soda for topping
  • Edible flower for garnishing
  • Ice cubes  

Method: 

  • Take a glass and fill it up with ice cubes. Then add whiskey.
  • Further, add cinnamon-infused honey syrup and fresh lime juice.
  • Top with soda. Stir gently to mix, and add a garnish of edible flowers. Enjoy 

SFS: Sour For Sister

Ingredients

  • 60 ml of Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve whisky
  • 15 ml of fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 bar spoons of orange marmalade
  • Nutmeg for garnishing
  • 15 ml of fresh pineapple juice
  • Ice cubes

Method: 

  • Take a cocktail shaker. Add whiskey and orange marmalade. 
  • Then squeeze fresh lime juice and add fresh pineapple juice. 
  • Add ice cubes and shake hard. Strain it into a glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg. Enjoy.

Gift 


Ingredients 

  • 60 ml Black & White whisky
  • 15 ml of fresh lime juice
  • 5 cubes of fresh watermelon (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 5 leaves of fresh mint
  • Ice cubes

Method 

  • Take a cocktail shaker and add watermelon cubes. Crush it using a muddler. 
  • Add fresh lime juice and mint. Followed by scotch. 
  • Add ice cubes and shake hard. Strain it in a glass using both strainers to avoid pulp, mint, and broken ice. 
  • Garnish with a piece of watermelon and a mint sprig. Enjoy.
