1.Oats Chaat

Who said oats are only meant for breakfast? You can surely add them to your snack menu this Rakhi, by making an oats chaat. The rolled oats are soaked overnight. Mixed with beaten, low-fat curd, the oats are turned into a thick, sticky and creamy mixture. This mixture is then spruced up with sprouted and boiled chana as well as chopped tomatoes. Garnished with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds, this is a refreshing recipe.

2.  Egg Chaat

If your brother is trying to build his body and spends hours in the gym, eggs would be a part of his daily diet. Surprise him with a chaat made with mashed eggs, sprouts, boiled potatoes, onions, tomatoes, green chutney, salt and pepper.

3.  Sprouted Moong Chaat

4.  Sweet Corn Bhel

Bhel, for the uninitiated, is a tangy and crunchy combination of a variety of ingredients. These include sweet corn, crunchy sev along with tomatoes and onions. The bhel is tossed in some lime juice and chaat masala is added to it. Garnished with coriander leaves, the sweet corn bhel comes packed with sweet and tangy flavours. This is easy to make and is ready in a few minutes without much hassle. Pop it in the mouth and enjoy the day with your sibling.

5.  Palak Patta Chaat

While some may not consider it that healthy, the fact that this chaat contains palak makes it a healthy treat. The spinach leaves are separated and dipped in besan to be deep-fried.
