Yoghurt is a dairy product made by fermenting milk with a bacteria called yoghurt culture which is specifically used for its production. Yoghurt starts as fresh milk or cream. It is often first pasteurised, then fermented with various live bacteria cultures, and incubated at a specific temperature to accelerate bacteria growth.

Yoghurt can also be used to prepare different kinds of recipes such as Yogurt Parfait and Tandoori Chicken Legs. Both these recipes are very different from each other but without its key ingredient, which is yoghurt, these dishes would not have their flavour.

Some other delicious recipes which have in it yoghurt are Turkish fried eggs with herbed yoghurt, naan bread, loaded sweet potatoes, mac and cheese, beef stroganoff, protein muffins, and coconut yoghurt waffles and alfredo sauce, a staple in Italian cuisine.
