The Norwegian, the Danish and the Swedish are the three main cuisines of Scandinavia, each coming with its own spread of speciality.

Norwegian cuisine is mainly concentrated on meat -- Pork, Veal or fish meat, while Denmark cuisine leans towards a higher intake of meat and animal fat and a rather low inclination to plants and vegetables. Just like the other two, Sweden also fairs low in its vegetable consumption.

Whether simple or intricate in its making, there is no flavour lost in the Scandinavian spread.

While the cuisine is not well-renowned, it is worth a taste!
