Sharing an image on Instagram stories, Priyanka Chopra showed her fans a glimpse of what her mother cooked for her. It looked like palak paneer served with paratha. The actor captioned the image, “When you come home to mom after a long day shoot.”
PC’s love for Indian food knows no bounds. Recently, she celebrated her 42nd birthday for which her husband Nick Jonas and the crew organised a feast that included a dosa truck. It served five different kinds of dosas.

Green Indian Curries That You Must Try
While it is difficult to identify which curry Priyanka’s mother cooked for her, here is a list of a few popular green Indian gravies that you can relish at your home while it pours outside.
Palak Paneer
Palak paneer is the obvious guess as the actor mentioned that her daughter loves to devour paneer. With fresh cream garnish and paratha on the side, this surely makes for an irresistible combo in Australia.
Hariyali Chicken
The dish could also be hariyali chicken but the chicken pieces weren’t visible. You can make this delight at home by cooking the paste of coriander, spinach, and mint leaves in the gravy of onion, tomato, and garlic.

Veg Hariyali
Veg hariyali is a variant of hariyali chicken. Instead of cooking meat, you can add sauteed or roasted vegetables to the spiced spinach gravy. Add a variety of seasonal and colourful produce, like bell peppers, corn, cauliflower, soy nuggets, mushrooms, and more, to make the dish healthy and mouth-watering.
Chana Saag
