Creating quite the wave during the IPL season herself, Preity Zinta has been devoted to supporting her team – Kings XI Punjab – and making the most of her time in India. From indulging in jalebi-rabri to home-cooked meals of dal-chawal-bhindi, she has left no stone unturned to relish her food. Sharing a photograph of a pizza she enjoyed eating yesterday in Dharamkot, Himachal Pradesh, Preity labelled the treat as ‘yummy’ while spending time at a scenic Italian restaurant.

The pizza, which was fully loaded with red and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms, capsicum, broccoli, olives, onions and cheese looked freshly baked, perfectly charred at the crust. Preity, who celebrated her birthday with a delicious berry-loaded cake a couple of months ago, has been known to practice ways of mindful eating, where she is able to focus on chewing and enjoying each bite consciously. Swearing by the wellness philosophy of drinking plenty of water, eating fresh vegetables and fruit, the actress’ fitness journey includes eating everything in moderation.
