Pooja Hegde, who is known to follow a strict diet and fitness regimen, appeared to look gleeful while posing with a huge pizza, in her latest social media post. A lover of fruits, the Beast actress is known to snack on apples, bananas, papayas or pears on a regular basis. However, she also loves to indulge in pizza when the opportunity presents itself; and what better way to indulge than have 2 pizza flavours for a single meal! The pie in question, was divided into two halves that looked like a classic Margherita with tomato sauce and cheese on one side, and loaded with mushrooms, truffles and herbs, on the other.

Besides the self-proclaimed love for the Italian classic, Pooja is also known to be a major seafood lover, proving that she is a true Mangalorean at heart. Besides the usual roti-sabzi-brown rice-dal meals that she usually eats while filming, the actress also enjoys the odd prawn or fish curry with rice. Like most other actresses who have subscribed to a sustainable dietary pattern, Pooja does not exclude the rotis or rice from her diet, experimenting with a variety of grains like ragi or jowar, instead of the usual wheat flatbreads.
