Gajak is very popularly known as Chikki in the northern part of India and it is prepared in different shapes and sizes. There are a lot of variants to the conventional Gajak. To make this at home, all you have to do is melt the jaggery and add roasted peanuts to it. You can also add flavour-enhancing ingredients like cinnamon and cardamom powder in small quantities.
