Gobi Paratha

This delicious flatbread is one of the most popular ways to add cauliflower in your winter diet. Made with whole wheat flour, grated cauliflower, ghee and spices like garam masala and red chilli powder, it is spicy and delicious in taste. Commonly enjoyed as breakfast, gobi paratha can be served with yoghurt, pickle and butter. 

Gobi Soup

Soups are a staple during winter meals. So, try gobi soup this time. Made with the combination of potatoes, this healthy and hearty soup is perfect for dinner.
