Winter is the season to relish some calorie-laden dishes without any guilt. From desserts like gajar ka halwa to spicy stews like nihari, in India, you can find numerous delicacies that can keep you warm in the chilly weather. Seasonal vegetables like cauliflower, peas, fenugreek leaves, and spinach are also important to boost your immunity during this season.
