This instant oats dosa recipe is super easy and quick. All you need to do is dry roast the oats, and grind it to a fine powder. Next, you grind the lentil as well, and mix the two together. Add salt and water to the bowl and make a batter of thin consistency. Now, you simply need to make the yummy potato masala filling for the dosa with mustard seeds, onion, green chilli, curry leaves, red chilli powder, sambar powder and mashed potatoes. Cook these together in a pan, spread the prepared batter and place the stuffing in the centre, let the batter turn crispy and fold it in. And voila, your yummy and healthy oats dosa is ready to be noshed on.
