If there’s one celebrity who can make anyone a fan of Hindi movies, it has to be Shah Rukh Khan. The superstar, who is all set to grace the silver screen with three back-to-back movies next year, has his fans swooning already with his short stint in the recently released film, Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva. Recently his wife, interior designer Gauri Khan, appeared on the chat show, Koffee With Karan, and spilled the beans about ‘King Khan’, including some of his foodie secrets. She revealed that he eats anything that is served to him, even if it has no salt at all. Well, that’s how simple SRK is.
And while much has been spoken about his love for butter chicken, did you know he isn’t the biggest foodie in his house? In a recent interview with Curly Tales, Gauri spoke about their younger son AbRam, and revealed how he is actually the biggest foodie in the family. She said that the nine-year-old loves good food. Interesting, isn’t it? While speaking about AbRam being the biggest foodie in the family, Gauri said, “I think it’s my little one. He loves good food, and he is also becoming a little heavier by the day. So, we have to watch out for him.”
In the interview, Gauri also spoke about her favourite dishes, and revealed that she loves Mumbai’s vada pav, Delhi’s bhel puri, and Kolkata’s puchka. Well, it seems like she is a chaat lover. She also said that she loves Goa’s prawn curry and much like AbRam, she too loves good food. “I love the chana bhatura, pav bhaji, the chaat. I like everything. If it is great food, I love it,” Gauri said.
Abram is the youngest among SRK and Gauri's kids, besides son Aryan Khan and daughter Suhana Khan. While Suhana is all set to mark her debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, Aryan wishes to become a filmmaker.
