Jhol momos are a traditional dish from Nepal that can also be made vegetarian. However, the traditional form uses minced meat. Ingredients

1. Minced chicken 1/2 cup

2. All-purpose flour 1 tbsp

3. Garlic 1 tbsp

4. Ginger 1 tsp

5. Salt 1 tbsp

6. Oil 1/2 cup

7. Tomato Puree 1 tsp

8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp

9. Sesame seeds

10. Sugar ½ tsp

11. Lemon 1 tbsp

12. Turmeric 1 tsp

13. Pepper

Method

1. Take minced meat and season it with masalas and garlic to make momos.

2. To make a dough for the momos, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and oil.

3. After stuffing the momos with the filling, roll out the dough.

4. Next, toast some sesame seeds before making the jhol. Cook thoroughly after adding tomato puree and garlic.

5. Next, add the ginger, turmeric, salt, and red chilli. Once it begins to thicken, add the water and sugar and bring it to a boil. Lemon juice should be added after turning off the burner.

6. Place the momos in a bowl with the jhol.

 7. Serve warm.
