Caramel Sour


Experience the irresistible allure of Highbury Classic Whiskey infused with a tantalizing medley of flavours. This captivating cocktail combines the smoothness of whiskey with a tangy twist of lime juice. The addition of rich caramel syrup and aromatic coffee liqueur adds depth and complexity to each sip. Topped with velvety egg whites for a luxurious texture, this exquisite blend delivers a sensory delight that will leave you craving more. 

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Highbury Classic Whiskey  
  • 10 ml lime juice  
  • 10 ml caramel syrup  
  • 10 ml coffee liqueur  
  • 10 ml egg whites  

Method  

  • Shake all ingredients together with ice cubes and strain into a whisky glass over ice. 
  • Garnish with coffee beans. Enjoy.

Gentlemen’s Highball

Savour the delightful combination of Highbury Whiskey with rosemary, lime, and hibiscus in this enticing cocktail. The flavours harmonise so perfectly that you'll find yourself coming back for more. With its special notes, this drink offers a unique and enjoyable experience that can be enjoyed throughout the day. 

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Highbury Classic Whiskey  
  • 15 ml lime juice  
  • 15 ml hibiscus tea  
  • 20 ml rosemary syrup  
  • 15 ml limoncello  
  • 60 ml sparkling water  

Method  

  • Build up with ice in a glass.  
  • Garnish with rosemary and orange slices. Enjoy. 

Highbury Highball

Indulge in the captivating blend of Highbury Classic Whiskey, complemented by the refreshing essence of apple juice and a zesty touch of lime. Topped off with a sparkling infusion of ginger ale, this invigorating cocktail offers a harmonious symphony of flavours that will leave you craving another sip.  

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Highbury Classic Whiskey  
  • 60 ml apple juice  
  • 5 ml lime juice  
  • Top up with ginger ale

Method  

  • Build up with ice in a tall glass. 
  • Top up with ginger ale and enjoy.

Highbury Julep

The Highbury Julep is a cocktail featuring Highbury Classic whiskey, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, and fresh mint leaves. It offers a balanced blend of rich whisky, tangy sweetness, zesty lime, and refreshing mint. Perfect for warm days and social gatherings. 

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Highbury Classic Whiskey 
  • 15 ml passion fruit syrup  
  • 10 ml lime juice  
  • 1 handful mint leaves  

Method  

  • Add whiskey, passion fruit syrup, mint leaves and ice, in a cocktail shaker and shake well. 
  • Strain into a rocks glass over ice.  
  • Garnish with a mint sprig. Enjoy.
