As you can make out, starting from the left end is a plate filled with a whole avocado, an exotic salad, and breakfast fritters. Next to it is a serving of toasted breadsticks placed delicately on fresh spinach leaves. You can then spot a bowl of muesli topped with a generous amount of strawberries, blackberries, and chopped dry fruits and nuts. At the centre of the table and in the spotlight is a cup of cappuccino with just the perfect heart made with cream. Lastly, there’s a serving of tomato soup bowl topped with coriander leaves and a side of toasted bread.

In another Instagram post, Mira Kapoor shared a series of pictures captioned, “life in technicolour.” The carousel has two food spreads filled with colour and nutrition. One of the plates included rice served with pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves. You can also spot a traditional Indian paneer-based sabzi next to chopped steamed potatoes. The same plate also had a creamy cashew nut-based gravy, making it even more indulgent.

The next picture in the same carousel features a vegan omelette that’s typically made with chickpeas. It is served with a side stir-fried beetroot and beans. You can also spot eggplant stuffed with caponata drizzled with sour cream on the top.
